To ensure the high quality, we design a full set of inspection system from raw materials to final products.
Please kindly refer to the following procedures:
Step 1: QC inspect all raw materials from very beginning to make sure they're in good condition.
Step 2: During production process, each worker inspects his/her accessories or semi-products.
Step 3: Adjacent workers in same process inspect colleagues' accessories or semi-products.
Step 4: Production QC inspect all accessories and products to ensure they're of high quality.
Step 5: Clients QC is invited to inspect their orders to ensure all requirements have been satisfied.
Step 6: Third party inspection institutions like ISO, SGS, TECHSONIC, and etc.
